Our Commitment
White Dog Cellars name comes from our LOVE for our four legged family! Wreddy, PJ, Bear, Georgie and Zoe (well, Zoe is actually an African Grey Parrot and only has two legs, but who needs four legs when you have wings?)
Just as commited to our family we are to our customers. We strive to represent, evoke and be to to the unique character forged by the combination of grape and location. Our goal is for White Dog wines to be "found" rather than made, we strive to employ minimal intervention and maniputlation. Our wines are aged in older (neutral) oak barrels and bottled with minimum if any filtration. You will not get oak, but you may get sediment.
